Knowledge Development Committee

The Knowledge Development Committee members:

The committee’s stated goal is to compile, share and contribute to the development of knowledge about the different restructuring methods. The committee will initiate and facilitate the study of restructuring methods and processes (both national and international). The committee will, in cooperation with relevant (Dutch and foreign) bodies such as the CBS, the CPB, the DNB, the Dutch tax authorities and the Ministry of Justice, facilitate the collection and analysis of restructuring related data.

The committee intends to share the acquired knowledge and results of research with the practicing restructuring participants by providing, on a regular basis, summaries of the trends and developments related to the different restructuring methods (for instance related to WHOA). The committee closely cooperates with the Education Committee, the Evaluation and Best Practices committee and the Current Events Committee.
