Operating Committees
De objective of the International Committee is to ensure that the association becomes well embedded in the international restructuring community.
The committee actively develops and promotes the interaction with the international restructuring community through the exchange of information and the development of contacts and relationships, while also fostering the cooperation between the Dutch and other international restructuring associations. The committee will develop and maintain strong relationships with well-known international organizations such as INSOL Europe and INSOL International, IWIRC, TMA, ILA and III. The committee will also be active in recruiting international members and soliciting the help and cooperation of leading international restructuring experts so that both association members as well as non-member international restructuring experts can benefit from this mutual cooperation and exchange of ideas and information.
It is the committee’s goal to organize an annual event specifically dedicated to international restructuring topics. The committee envisages to organize this event in close cooperation and potential partnership with other like-minded well-known international restructuring associations.
