Education Committee

The Education Committee members:

The objective of the education committee is to develop and promote educational programs for restructuring professionals. The emphasis will be to develop and promote education content that reflects international best practice and is derived from practical restructuring experiences. It is the committee’s stated goal to develop a high-quality program which will involve leading international restructuring specialists.

A typical restructuring involves restructuring specialists from multiple disciplines. The committee is focused on developing multi-disciplinary educational programs that reflect this real world practice. Accordingly our programs will bring together specialists with different roles in the restructuring process. Case studies and real-life content will be used in order to achieve a high level of interaction between the participants.

The committee will partner with universities in order to develop a comprehensive educational program. The committee will also work closely with the different stakeholders in the restructuring community in order to ensure that any educational content and programs are rooted in the practical aspects of restructurings and clearly answer the needs and objectives of the community of restructuring specialists.
